*Registration is now closed for this event.

This one-day event will introduce LabGym and its use. LabGym is a free software suite for automated video analysis and quantification of animal behavior.

In the morning session, presenters will provide an introduction to LabGym and describe how they use the software to quantify a range of behaviors in rodents, flies and non-human primates.

The afternoon hands-on workshop will help you get started with the basics of using LabGym; example videos and datasets will be provided.

This symposium is suitable for faculty, postdocs and students alike. No prior experience with automated video behavioral analysis is needed. Programming knowledge is not needed to use LabGym.
