Large-Scale Functional Analysis of the Yeast Genome.
Using a transposon-based approach, we generated the largest collection of defined mutant alleles in the budding yeast.

Integrating Genomic Approaches to Identify New Genes in Yeast.
By integrating several genomic methodologies, we identified 137 new genes in the budding yeast. In total, this gene complement constitutes approximately 2% of the yeast genome and represents a wealth of previously overlooked yeast biology. Furthermore, we expect similar integrated approaches will be necessary in order to define a more complete set of genes in higher eukaryotes as well.
